Who we are
People Forward is an Australian people and organisational consultancy. This policy explains how we collect, use and look after personal information through this website and when you get in touch with us.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. If you use our contact form, that’s your name, email address and message, and, if you provide them, your phone number, organisation, organisation size and the area you’d like help with. If you book a discovery call, we receive the details you enter in the booking form. If you email or call us, we keep a record of that conversation.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold discovery calls, and provide our services if you choose to work with us. We won’t add you to a mailing list without asking, and we never sell or rent your personal information.
Who helps us handle it
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business: Microsoft 365 for our email, calendar, bookings and Teams calls; Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox; and Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless you agree to it or the law requires it.
How we store and protect it
Your information is kept in our password-protected business accounts, and only the People Forward team can access it. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Our hosting provider may keep basic technical records, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running. If you follow a link to book a call, Microsoft’s own privacy policy applies to that booking page.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@people-forward.com.au.

If you have a question or concern about how we’ve handled your information, please email info@people-forward.com.au and we’ll do our best to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
